Something that i was looking out for a long time!
I was always looking out for a stiff ball to roll my trigger points but had to manage with tennis or rubber ball. Golf ball did help but it was too small. This is a great tool for trigger point release which is as heavy as a feather and very strong at the same time!

Noteworthy the price.
Not worth the price ,a plain roller is good enough to activate your nerves.You cannot use on side of your feet.

While the product itself is good, I’m not sure of the authenticity as the hologram on it came off after a month of usage !!
