Cant say I was impressed when my RAD kit arrived absolutely filthy! Clearly the seller doesnt care what they send out and doesnt check anything before its posted!.Product arrived in absolutely filthy state, like it had been kicked around in a warehouse.Their app, was good, and free, which is why I ordered the RAD kit, but several days after getting my kit, they updated their app and it now costs a whopping £349 for lifetime access to it or £11+ per-month.Absolute liberty! Dreadful experience for such a premium product.RAD clearly not bothered, so long as their raking in the dollars...

These magic little balls have been incredible in helping to release knots and sore spots. It's been amazing and works great. Only complaints is I can't used the foam block with a ball in my shoulder. I think the design was poorly made some some with breasts and you can reach your shoulder probably with out things getting in the way.

The individual balls are really good, but the double ball and roller weren't very effective. I bought this specifically to roll the area between my shoulder blades. Regular foam rollers press too hard on the spine making it difficult to effectively roll that area. The cut out of this design looks like it should remedy that issue, but it is really hard to get it to roll (track) straight so it tends to wander. This causes the raised part to run across the spine, which is essentially what it is designed not to do.... I gave it a really good try (several times over the course of a week) but just couldn't make it work a intended. I returned the product.

I looked around at the tubes and other products but ultimately decided to go with the RAD kit. It really does a good job getting all the spots and isn't limited to particular movements as with a tube. It costs a little more upfront, but considering how much actual massage therapy costs, you save here and what you get is a complete set that will target any area no matter how small. I use this on a mat, or sometimes on the wall. You can even bring the small ball with you if you travel, which is a bonus.
