Wobbly, unstable and broken!
The wagon itself is all scratched up, once I started assembling it I noticed the pieces were wobbly but I kept going when I reached the final steps on fitting the front wheels I realized the plastic piece at the bottom that was supposed to keep the wheels intact was loose which mean the wagon is unsafe for a child or anyone for that matter. Disappointing and a waste of time. I requested a replacement and it won’t be coming for almost two months although on amazon it says they still have 2 items in stock. Returning items on Amazon is a slow process, they should really find a way to make it easier especially when the items are broken.
