Liquid Moly makes fairly good oils that are sometimes quite cheap in Australia when on special. Especially in the 0W-20 range of oils. This oil has the minimum specification certifications for japanese cars (API SP and ILSAC GF-6A). From the product information the product looks identical to other 0W-20 european oils that is also certified to other standards, including the new ACEA C6. I assume it is the same oil as designing new oils costs a lot of money. One assumes this oil simply doesn't royalties per Liter for the european certifications. Ignoring the additive package that as consumers have little information on; the oil seems to be slighly better than most Japanese OEM oils using Idemitsu 0W-20. It is slightly thicker oil when warm (Viscosity at 100 °C: 8.267 vs 8.5). It has a higher viscosity index (165 vs 175) meaning the oil viscosity is more stable at higher temperatures. The only information we don't have is the actual HTTS value beyond the basic requirements (HTHS Viscosity @ 150°C: 2.64 vs >2.6). Greater than 2.6 is simply the minimum ILSAC GF-6A requirement and it is pretty poor that they don't specify the actual nominal result.
