The cartridge doesnt print as if it is empty
I just recieved today installed it, and try to print. The papers are printed with very fade image as if the cartridge has no ink

Product quality
Although I used this item before which worked well, however, since I change the toner and it is printing from one side only, seems it is not fitting properly in its place. I also changed the drum, but still same issue.

هذا المنتج أشتريته مرتين وكل مره اجد انه منتج سيئ واجد جودة الطباعة سيئة وهناك حروف وكلمات لا تظهر في الطباعة وكأنه منتج مستعمل
