Its a good purchase given the price point. MAchine works fine for a family of 4. Many people have commented regarding this model's loud compressor sound but I have found this to be untrue after almost for 2 weeks of use now, the dispenser is pretty silent. Also have observed the following though its not a big deal:Water flowing out of the normal water tap is much colder than room temperature and not at room temperature, I guess its influenced by the Cold Water Tap next to it although the water is not as cold flowing out from the Cold Water Tap but relatively coldSecondly the Hot Water dispensing is limited to max 2 glasses say about 250ml at at time and then water turns normal so you just need to wait about 5 minutes to allow the machine to dispense another 2 glasses of hot water

1 month review.I have used this dispenser the cooling is good, I haven't tested the hot water so can't write anything regarding that.the water flow is little slow and the buttons get stuck sometimes rest is OK.

Good product, nice shape with reasonable price, the only negative point is the cold water compressor little noisy

مبردة ممتازة ولا يوجد فيها أي عيب، الماء البارد تم ضبطه ليكون طبيعيا في أحسن مستوى لا يمكن أن تقول بارد جدا ولا يمكن أن تقول غير بارد... وكذلك الماء الساخن 🔥 لكن الشئ الوحيد الذي كان من الأفضل أن يكون متواجدا هو إمكانية وجود ترموستات لضبط درجة برودة الماء يمكنك أن تتحكم في درجة البرودة يدويا من خلاله، لكنه لا يوجد

It feels cheap
I ordered this for placing my water tank (5 litres) on top. It has three options of cold/hot/neutral. I only use it on neutral. Don't use the power. Only used it once to test it. It functions as it should but it is very light and wobbles when the 5 litre water cylynder is put on top.

There is no Tweaking for temperature, but it’s not bad
You need to get a little bit of the neutral temperature and a little bit of the cold temperature to get the right temperature most of the time, but it would’ve been better if it has one way to change the temperature for the cold one.And it’s a little bit hard to press the button sometimes
