NORDICTRACK TREADMILL T 9.5 S

Do not buy nordics, no customer support, they dont care. No spare parts in UAE, I called US and UK, they asked me to call the distributor in Saudi Arabia. The tablet takes 6 months to be delivered and by the way it doesnt exist.

Does it have warranty ?

This is a solidly built treadmill that is still working like the day we got it a year ago. Only issue was a software glitch that customer service was able to help us with. Required a hard reset of the treadmill and a firmware update to resolve. After that I've been running all over the place on this thing. One cool feature is that you can create a running route in many different cities, and if google street view images exist - the screen will show you running through the neighborhood. This is awesome for us expats, because it means we can run through our neighborhoods back home. Norictrack makes great treadmills, just expect to pay for the ifit subscription every month to make the most use out of it.

Bought one in Dubai, screen went out after a year, contacted local authorized dealer, they would not get me parts, contacted USA and Uk ikon fitness, and screens back order for 12 weeks, low quality and low service support from my perspective, I paid for one year of use! I would love that Ikon reads this and gets me a screen for my T9.5S. tablet is not hard to change, but cannot even buy one to replace it!

bought it not even a year ago and it already doesn't work anymore... I have no contact to fix it
