How does this compare to the Fran Wilson green lipstick (traditional tube)?

The stick is same as the tube. However I love this stick as its easier to apply along with it not being bulky in my purse. This is indeed a great idea. Wish I could get the Dark blue shade in stick.

Looking for a deep red or burgundy. Which color would most likely provide that?

How do you know what color is what? I see there is a Blue, Green, I saw a yellow at TJ Maxx, but it doesn't say what color the lipstick wil be

You really don't know for sure until you try it on. Blue is very bright fuchsia color, green is reddish fuchsias on me. Yellow is slightly less intense and is reddish orange on me. I have all these colors. It differs with everyone's chemistry and not everyone will look good in those shades so it is hard to say, it may work for one person and not the other.
