To me, perfect
To me this is a perfect American style salsa. Right amount of moisture, not too garlicky and no cilantro whatsoever.Mexican salsa is a very personal choice, but this works for me.

Good to use in recipes
This salsa was pretty good, but not as a dip, too hot tabasco-y for that. We used it in pasta and pizza sauce. There are better alternatives out there like Poco Loco Garlic Salsa but hard to find.
