It’s a great item for bicep & tricep workout, but it has very sharp edges which injured me every time working with that. It has a casting issue and was not filled properly to remove the sharp edges, and I didn’t want to waste my time for waiting a long time to get refunded or replaced, and I took it to the blacksmith shop near by and he rectified the issue and now I’m enjoying working out with that.

The diameter is not exactly 1 inch as mentioned. The diameter is exactly 20 mm when measured. 20mm hole plates are not easily available in the market to suit this bar. Finally we managed to use 25.4mm (1 inch) plates which is loose on the bar.

It's exactly as advertised However, a little disappointed to see the rubber on the rings have come off when it was delivered

Shocking. looks like a second hand item. Chipped, residue on it, filthy. Delivered wrapped in clingfilm. At a time of Covid? I am thoroughly disgusted.
