I've been using Elete Water for years to improve hydration and mineral levels. I highly recommend this for anyone who sweats a lot, exercises, wants to improve concentration/performance and for general health. You can add it to anything from a coffee, shakes and squash drinks to plain water as well as adding drops to your meals. Far, far better than using expensive and high sugar 'sports' drinks.

I like how you can turn any drink into sports drink with this product. I add it to my water in the morning or juice etc as I go during the day. Only downside for this product is that the cap sometimes leaks so if you carry it around, make sure it's upright at all times.
