I rarely write reviews but this product definitely deserves it. I've been using it for more than a year now and can clearly see the difference when on and off the cycle although good effects persist and do not disappear immediately when you don't use it so do not get me wrong. I just think that every supplement (and i use them a lot) should be taken with intervals. So long story short. Excellent product, taste amazing. Matcha version with coconut milk and crushed ice is my way to go and it taste delicious. When it comes to joint health - again amazing product. I do a lot of sport sometimes even 3-4 hours of football + padel + gym per day and i since i started to use this product on the regular basis joints health is fantastic and i really see the difference, no strange sounds, fantastic mobility and basically zero injuries comparing to others. Last thing - hair and nails and again 5* they grow like crazy, even my barber that sees me every 10 days to 14 days maks always is impressed with the speed of hair growth. So i highly recommend this product. My best way of taking it with coconut milk while my wife adds it to her black coffee and she also likes the taste of the natural unflavored version.
