In advertisement it is shown as a quite thick piece...whereas in reality it is much slimmer also...the neck support i have not able to figure out...in all still just started using...so cannot be sure of benefits as claimed by the product

Unfortunately, this product didn’t fit properly within my car seat and kept moving upward. The neck pillow wasn’t useful—it actually caused discomfort. The back pillow also made driving uncomfortable, especially on long trips. it's interfered with the seatbelt, which I had to keep adjusting for proper positioning. Overall, not a practical or comfortable option for me.
