Great tape I have tried many brands before Muller. I use it for weight lifting, tapping my wrists to prevent injuries. Pre wrap is not needed for maximum support. Very sticky, make sure your skin is dry before applying. Does not cause skin irritation. I have used it for over 30+ years, from taping my ankles in high school basketball, after blowing both out on the court, to weight lifting over 30+ years including contending in a body building show in 1993 thank you :-)! taping wrists playing mens soft ball for 25+ years wining team home run titles, including wining teem tournament titles.
