Yes Ultra Hold or No Shine or Pro Flex work best for bonding to all lace or stocking caps.

How strong is this tape for water sports? Swimming under water, wake boarding, jumping into pool, etc.

It’s a good hold tape but not for extreme water exposure

Does this tape have a break in the tab to take it off easily? If not do you have one that does?

What is the difference between the walker 12 yards lace front support tape and walker ultra hold mini tabs (72 tabs per pack)?

The 72 tabs are basically not on a roll and each tab contains two pieces of tape each x 1 1/2 inches x 72 equals 6 yards. So half the size of the roll you mentioned. I’ve never used the roll so I don’t know how the tape itself is different. Best, chris
