I like this backpack. It is roomy and suits my needs. I work in a corrections facility and we can only use clear bags. However, I have to transport a work laptop, the power cords, notebooks, files, etc. I also need to tote pens, highlighters, phone charging cord, sticky notes etc. This is my only negative issue: the front pocket where I put my pens only has 1 zipper that goes very far from one side to the other. If I don't close it perfectly pens slide out the side of pocket. It would be better if it had 2 zippers that meet at the top like the large compartment so you have less chance of things falling out.
