Awful
The item I received expires in three months! And the cream separated, it was half liquid and half dry.

Not like a cream
I used this cream before it was nice so I ordered again. This time it wasn't like a cream. When I first opened it a watery stuff came out from bottle which made me quite wet. I tried to mix the stuff in the bottle but no way. It was just rubbish.

Great diaper rash cream
Thick diaper cream which completely prevents diaper rash. Just need a small quantity for application. However since the cream is so thick, it’s not easy to squeeze it out of the tube.

Love this stuff! 👍🏼
This is one of my favorite diaper rash creams! And trust me, I’ve tried them all. We normally use Burt’s Bees Diaper Rash Ointment with 40% zinc, but sometimes I don’t want that much zinc. So, for naps I usually put this on my 20 month old. It’s so easy to spread, great for sensitive skin, and the scent is to die for! It smells amazing!!! It’s not as thick as Butt Paste or our trusty Burt’s Bees cream, and doesn’t leave any leftover white cream on his skin when I change him (thanks to only 25% zinc). It’s perfect! I highly recommend it. He hasn’t had a single rash since he was a newborn!!Hope this helps!! 💝

New formula -- very disappointing
UPDATE 9/29/2017Babo randomly emailed me and offered to send me a free tube. When it arrived I was happy to find that they returned to the same, or very similar formula. The cream is back to being nice and thick, instead of runny, and it smells the same as it always has. So very happy for this change, since we use this throughout the house, not just on bums, but on rashes and insect bites as well. I can not recommend this cream more highly.----------I have used this product on my son for almost three years. I was a die hard fan. I told everyone about it. Gave it as a gift at baby showers. Swore by it. This last tube, however, is disappointing. It smells different, and the consistency is not as thick and creamy. It is no longer nut free (they have added Shea butter). When I contacted Babo, before I found my old tube, they claimed they just tweaked the recipe due to regulations for oil disbursement or some such nonsense. Just give it to me straight, Babo -- you changed the product. This butt cream is still decent, but nowhere near as great as it used to be.

EVERY tube curdles!!!
For the cost, you expect a homogenized cream/paste that can be squeezed out of the tube. The first tube came clogged and couldn't be squeezed out no matter how hard I tried. The lid doesn't screw off so you can't fix it either. Also, I'm a sucker for Babo and needed something for sensitive skin. I've actually purchased this 12 times here. EVERY one of them have separated within a few weeks. Think of pure peanut butter. The oil separates to the top. This will do the same. You'll have an unpleasant surprise one day and a mess on your hands/baby's bottom as a large amount of liquid oil dribbles out before the white paste. I've even tried shaking the tube, hoping it could be re-homogenized like liquid make up. No such luck. You'd have to take it to Lowe's and ask them to throw it on a paint can shaker for it to have any effect. No sensitivity issues, nice scent and initially has a thick texture to ensure that it stays in place. But, HUGE waste of money if I can't dispense 90% of the product because it separates within a few weeks.
