Way too big and bulky
Scrub caps are supposed to be fitted to cover your hair as that's the point of them. I seriously don't know who's head this would fit, even when you fold the top over and pull it as tight as you can it makes the top of your head look so big like a chefs hat. :(

Itchy, but does the job
Bought 8 of these to use at work. Not the best fit - lots of fabric from hem line to top of head. And the fabric that is lining along forehead is not comfortable- its itchy. But overall I'm still using them so not bad.
