Tommy Bahama Backpack Cooler Chair with Storage Pouch and Towel Bar ( Green/Blue Stripe)

I love this chair. It's not very heavy and extremely handy since it is worn like a backpack. The storage pockets are perfect for stashing extra items on the go, and I found that when entering a venue security doesn't tend to check the chair pockets, so we could sneak in flasks and whatnot :) We also found it easy to stash some picnic pillows inside the folded chair, making it easier than stashing them in one of our bags. I like that the chair can recline at different angles or lie flat. Perfect for what I needed when attending parties and shows in one of our local parks, and excellent for my dad to use, as he has trouble sitting on the ground and getting up afterwards. He definitely likes it too.

I first used a chair like this while at a vacation rental. I fell in love,with it so I immediately bought 2 when I got home. They are so easy to carry, either backpack style, freeing up your arms and hands or using the handle. They are comfortable. There's a little pillow for your head and the back adjusts to all the back. The cooler pocket is handy for a drink or two. They are well worth the money. Like all beach chairs they are low to the ground and it's more difficult to get out of them, but I'll use mine til I have to flop out of it like a fish because I love it.

Loved this chair! I was nervous to purchase because of mixed reviews, but this was a great beach chair. It came exactly as pictured and was used for a long weekend at the beach. I had plenty of room in the chair and was able to maneuver the different positions easy enough. The back pack feature is great, although you have to be aware in your condo that your shoulders are wider because of the chair pack and you might smack something off the counter if you turn too fast. I liked that the pillow is Velcro adjustable, and the cup holder held my yeti and Tervis tumbler well. Pro-tip: To close the chair, walk around to the back, push forward on the top of the chair and use your foot to push the back, bottom chair bar forward. Highly recommend this chair!

Tommy Bahama 2016 Backpack Cooler Chair with Storage Pouch and Towel Bar ( Green/Blue Stripe)My last lounge chair purchase was a replacement for an older 2 fold PVC chaise lounge chair. I was unable to find it at my local department stores and was thrilled to find it on amazon even though I had to pay a premium price for it. I must be hard on chairs because this one needed replacing after just 2 1/2 years. Back to shopping on Amazon I go.During my search I ran across an abundance of chairs I didn't even know existed. After doing my due diligence of searching and review reading I decided on this chair. As always with prime shipping the item arrived as scheduled and well packaged. I opened it up and with a little work I figured out how to open and close the chair and use the utilities it came with, (read the instructions).I'm disabled and my ability to walk any distances is severely limited. I do know of some places in the nearby woods close to my home where with a short walk on flat ground of like 100 feet or so I can go and sit in private and sunbathe. I did so last week. This chair with it's back pack, cooler, drink holder, handle and nice size storage pouch is a pure dream for me. It's lighter than my old chair and I'm able carry it short distances easily.I liked the color and pattern of this particular chair that and all of the other features heavily influenced my buying decision. This chair deserves every positive review you read here. I would highly recommend this chair.

I am so glad I bought this chair. Its comfortable and durable. Easy to get in and out of the chair and the print is beautiful. Folding it up is a bit tricky but I have my husband do it for me. I love that it closes completely with a clasp for easy transport. I would buy this item again.

Holy cow this thing is fantastic. We bought two of them. It folds up to a nice size, is comfortable, and has lots of functionality. I love how it can sit up straight and go all the way to laid out flat. Being able to put stuff in the side pockets is a really nice. We also enjoy the storage, both dry and cold, on the back. Easy enough to take a nice walk with it from a parking lo to the beach because of the straps on the back. Throw it on your back, walk to your spot, set it up, bam -- good to go. My only gripe is that the fabric on one of the pockets already has a little hole in it after ONE use. So docking it a star for quality assurance.

As far as tiny chairs go, this one is pretty comfy. The head rest has some good padding and the storage features let you keep a couple extra cold drinks nearby.There's a huge downside, though. I HATE folding this thing up!! I can never remember the trick to it, and it's not intuitive, so it always takes me a couple minutes of riding the struggle bus to fold this things up.

Aside from getting used to closing it up (I was taught to pretty much slam it shut), this chair is great, especially for the beach! It's very comfortable and has different lounge settings. I'm thrilled about the drink holder so my water bottle isn't so sandy. There's great storage for books, magazines, snacks, etc. Easy and light to carry and it's pretty!
