Delicious recipes!
So far I’ve made probably a half a dozen recipes from this book and they all are delicious. Even my meat and potatoes husband likes them. They’re fast and easy. I’ve had to weigh ingredients and convert from celcius to ferenheit, but I have a scale for baking and can look up the temp conversion, so that’s no biggie. I’m looking forward to trying more of the recipes.

Fast and Easy!
Love this book! Need to cook only for my husband and myself these days, so don't have to cater for other tastes or appetites. Having made endless family meals, and generally feeling fed up with cooking things that take a long time to prepare, I'm so pleased to have found a book that enables me to plan nutritious and tasty meals in a fraction of the time and enables us to lose a little weight too and possibly stave off the possibility of diabetes. I gave up buying cookery books long ago because mostly the recipes took a long time to prepare, the results were disappointing and never looked like the pictures. In the last week I must have tried ten or more of the recipes and we've liked them all. I should perhaps mention that we're in our late 70s and don't want to eat particularly heavy meals any more anyway, and we don't feel any more hungry when following the 800 diet. Well done the authors, and all hail to the late, great and much-loved Dr. Michael Mosley.

Loose weight without feeling hungry
The recipies in this book are easy, you dont need loads of special ingriedients, and they are tasty and filling.Low carb but still with a few treats.

Brilliant
This is an excellent tool for the Fast 800 diet.I love cooking and eating good food and this is a great book for that as the meals are delicious, I've tried lots of them. Frittata Muffins and spicy carrot with cod are two of my favorites.It's so easy to follow as all meals are listed with the calorie count, there are menu plans and the recipes are usually for two portions, which I like as I can have the second portion for lunch the next day. ( or me and hubby)With a little prep this book makes following the fast 800 a breeze. Well done to the people who put the dishes together and made them taste great.
