X Top for Men Incontinence Pouch, Level 3, Pack/9

I tried all three levels and found Level 3 works as advertised. The others did not work for me. I think a variation on the product would be half the length in addition to the normal size you offer. At times it appears to "bulge" a bit more than I am comfortable with. That said, a very good product. - if we could get the price down or for the same price do a 12-pack instead of 9 pack?? Also can be used with a plastic liner product like Male Urine Guard to double the usage time - also sold on Amazon and highly rated itself.

Cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this product. First the so called adhesive strip for holding the pouch in place is either defective or non existent. .. Not sure which. Secondly, they may work just fine if you are hung like a horse, but for the average guy, there is no real way to keep them in place, and they keep sliding off! Again, this maybe due to the poorly designed adhesive strip??? And then there is the price! At over $2.00 per pouch, they should be nothing short of incredible... But they are not. If you were one of these per day they are going to cost you over $700 per year to use!!! My guess it the manufacturer is testing the market price and trying to find out how much the market will bare? I can assure you the price point for these pouches is more like 50 cents a piece at the most! I am not sure if Amazon will allow me to return these, but I am going to try... If I were Amazon, I would not sell this product until

I bought these for my husband who has Parkinson's with Multiple System Atrophy and does not have sensation at night to urinate. I was very excited to have these however they do not absorb enough to help. They might help with leaks however if you or your husband is incontinent then these will not work to keep you/them dry.

An excellent and very practical device. The elastic band is very good and does not exert unwanted compression to the organ. It stays in place for many hours and leaves a dry feeling.This is the best device I have found in the market for managing urinary incontinence. I have been using it only for the last three days and I am so satisfied that I have ordered bigger packets of level 2 and level 3.. The only suggestion I would make is that a smaller similar device with an adjustable clip would be of great value so that it can be used discreetly in public urinals.

I bought these for my grandfather who has a difficult time holding his urine. He states they help with keeping his clothes dry; he continues to wear a brief (adult diaper) along with the pouch. You have to remind the wearer that this product is really not supposed to be used as a substitute for the toilet.

Great idea, but needs improvements, it does not stay in place.

Keeping dry with male incontinence is not easy. To avoid the feeling of "wet pants" the X TOP is a good solution. The pouches are easy to adjust and wear. There is no discomfort as they are comfortable. They keep me feeling dry unlike pads, shields or diapers. Thank you X TOP.

This is easily the absolute best male incontinence product on the market. It stays in place and doesn't leak. It just works. Another thing I like is you can remove and re-use the same one through out the day and you don't have to worry about slipping outside side of the "safe zone".
