Very bad quality so so cheap water becomes cold in less than 30mins. Seems the item is damaged from inside.

Over one year getting rusted
The flask is not good quality as it doesn’t maintain the temperature. Outer part is getting rusted which is the worse part. Just been over a year now

This item is not helping to fulfil my requirement. Hot is not stable at all. Hot water is getting cool very soon. i think, the product is damaged. need replacement. pls do the needful.

Dont get misled by the smart marble finishing…
Very disappointed with the product after using it. Looks mighty fancy but fails to deliver the main purpose. The inner side got grossly rusted after only 2 weeks of use. Not sure if i will ever buy another Royalford product again.

Used, openned box.
Box and packaging was openned, they must be careful about that, thermosnis good keeps hot and cold for really long time.
