Arrived on time we’ll package . I use my stainless steel paddle to put the pizzas in the oven and this wooden one to take it out so as not to scorch the wood . Anyway I would recommend the product it’s value for money .

After buying a pizza oven we trialed it with a metal peel with oil but found the base was hard to move off the cold surface. Bought this wooden pizza peel and used with semolina flour the pizzas easily slid into the oven. This weekend we made over 20 pizzas prepping them on the wooden peel and turning them with the metal one. Definitely recommend having 2 peels. Foldable handle makes it easier to store too.

The peel measures 12.5 inches wide. We have a Roccbox pizza oven which requires a 12-inch peel. This peel measures 12.5 inches wide, which did not fit in the Roccbox pizza oven. As a result, we had to snap off some of the peel and sand it down (see picture). It would be more helpful if the product dimensions were correctly reported. Other reviewers have also mentioned that the product is not the reported size.
