These did not even last 48 hours! Now I have holes in my housing covers. This is the 2md time that I have tried Xentec, and it went even worse. The first set lasted about 6 months, and I thought that I could have mounted the ballast and staters better. So this time, I worked very hard to mount everything solid without any tight bends in the wires, but they they still failed. The wires coming out of the starter are arcing right at the box. These are extremely low quality, even for the cheap price. The frame for the bulb is Chunky plastic that won't allow the clip to fasten correctly. The seals on the connectors are too big for the mating connector. The wires are too short to mount. The list goes on. Avoid these kits at all cost.

Bright with exact fit

These bulbs are 10 times brighter than my old bulbs that I thought were good. If you're looking for a bulb that actually lights up the road, this is the bulb.

Bought these for my car, installed them and then one of the lights went out. I ended up ordering the lights separately and found out that the lights were not the problem and that it might be the ballast, so I contacted xentec’s customer service and they sent me a new ballast free of charge. Changed out the ballast in less than 2 min. and the lights work and haven’t had another problem with them… only had these for about 2 and a half weeks, will update if anything happens

So I'm only giving this 3 stars because when I just put them in they were so bright and looked like expensive HID lights. I mean I couldn't beat the price and the packaging! But after just 4 weeks of use only one bulb is working. Seems like the other bulb blew which is a huge disappointment. I'm not sure what happened all I know is I have one working light. Buyer beware...give it a few weeks and pray one doesn't short circuit on ya.

My go to brand for HID kits and never had an issue with them before but this time seemed like I got a used set. No foam over the HID bulbs and black smudge very noticeable on the red connectors. They work like they are supposed to but worried on how long they will last.

I had given a try to this product, While for many years I liked it and used it in 6 of my cars, I think the quality hast dropped severely, this particualar kit 55watts is not even with reveiwing it. Upon isnstaling it, the product failed, I order once faile after turning the product twice no light output, reverted to old ballast and good. A replacement was sent by Amazon, I installed them on another car, and the same problem only that this time the ballast just made the whole electric system of the car fliker and then died. I repalce them ballast with the old ones and the bulbs light up again
