This 10 Year Warranty is a joke. I bought this on 8/9/2017 and less than ONE (1) year later the wind and sun had ripped it to shreds.!!!!This cover should never be sold to humans expecting something that works !! It is supposed to be a heavy duty coveryet it does not even keep rain water out. i will never trust this mfg again. DO NOT Buy Pool Mate Products.

What a joke! We have had this cover since 2018 so it’s only been used 2 winters. There is no way to get ahold of the manufacture. I sent a message to amazon since it’s the seller but they can’t help. Don’t waste your money on this junk!
