So incredibly disappointed to pay such a high price point for this product for it to arrive in soft packaging and completely smashed only to learn that I cannot receive a refund or replacement for it. A waste of money and a huge risk to attempt to reorder.

Was in good ‘ shape ‘. Extremely expensive to what i pay back in my country but was worth it to get the taste after a long time.

The shapes taste amazing but the value is not worth it. The box was shipped in the blue/white bubble wrap and the box was completely damaged and the chips were broken into small pieces. They do NOT accept returns and NO refunds. This was a failure for the shipping.

Box was squished. Crackers don't taste fresh at all. For the price I would not recommend. The barbecue doesn't taste like barbecue.

Still taste good but Amazon put it in a simi padded back and they came completely crushed.

BBQ shapes never fails BUT Amazon does. Amazon Delivery mishandled the package leading to the shapes box being squished and the food all crushed.
