This is not a health drink as some would like to convince themselves for mass consumption. I only became interested when I came to know that it is good for electrolyte balance, particularly sodium. But this is not a medication and shouldn't be used for long. The taste profile is a bit bland, you have to think and search for the Cool Blue, otherwise it tastes like the saline solution that is given to you via drip feed. Having said this it is still good to have when you feel that you are going to exhaust your body.

Highly recommend it over any sports drink and it’s very tasty and has a lot of protein but it’s a little pricey compared to other drinks
