Tastes great and helps with ketosis
Flavor is great, I mix half a serving in my morning coffee with coconut oil, cinnamon, sea salt and it satisfies hunger and allows me to prolong my fast. It's a treat, and when I use it I notice I keep losing weight the next morning so believe I stay in ketosis.

Tastes artificial.
I had an original container of this product which was not “flavored” and I loved it but this powder does not dissolve as well and tastes very artificial.

Full product information not disclosed in listing
The product is ok, but the sweetener to creamer ratio leans to the sweet side. It’s also got that fake sweet taste like so many non-sugar sweeteners do. On just the info I’d give it three starts, but after I used it a few times and I noticed that there’s a disclaimer on the label saying it may contain lead and other chemicals. I doubt checked the listing and that disclaimer isn’t present so I attached a picture for other shoppers. Threw the remainder of mine away and switched to heavy cream.

I have been using the Keto Bomb creamer for about 2-3years now and it’s the best thing that’s happened to me. It is sweet enough to get me my “sugar high” and keeps me in ketosis.. all a while curbing my hunger. I’d panicked a few months ago when I couldn’t find it on Amazon! A few drug stores had it… but o boy! I cannot for the life of me imagine not having this every morning in my coffee.PS: I have never done an Amazon review before! But I read other folks review. So… today I decided to be that folk

NOT LOVING IT...
I was excited to find this product. I have been on Keto for about 2.5 months now. I was previously drinking a tablespoon of MCT oil in my coffee with Heavy Cream & Stevia. This seemed like a great alternative, as the straight MCT oil does create a little stomach upset. I bought the Vanilla latte flavor. I have only used it 3 times so far, but here are my thoughts:THE GOOD: It seems to mix with hot coffee fairly well. The serving size is a very large scoop of powder. I find if you put it in the bottom of the cup and then add coffee, it dissolves better.THE BAD: This stuff is REALLY SWEET! Given that everyone drinking this is not having any sugar, a tiny little sweetness would go a long way. This is an equivalent taste/sweetness to getting a really syrupy sweet flavored latte from starbucks. It's so sweet, that I have only been able to use half a scoop in my coffee (and I drink a 14oz. cup in the morning, which is pretty big....I can't imagine using this in a standard 8-10oz. coffee cup). So I am obviously not getting the benefit of a full serving which makes this product a bit of a fail. My other major dislike is the use of sucralose (basically splenda), as the sweetener. It tastes like there is a lot of it, and I don't use artificial sweetners. Stevia would have been a better choice. I think this product would be infinitely better is it just came unsweetened and the user can decide how to sweeten it (if at all) and control the sweetness. There isn't even a suggestion of how much coffee to add this scoop to....and I'm telling you...if you want to use a full scoop...you need to drink like a Venti size coffee in order to stomach the sweetness.TO BE DETERMINED: I feel a definite quick energy bump when I drink this. Not sure where that is coming from, but I feel like I drank some Nitric Oxide type of supplement after I drink this. I drink the same amount off coffee every morning, so it's not coming from the coffee. Not sure if there is a break-in period of adjusting to this, or if that is the intended effect. The label isn't clear as to the energy effect. Says it "Promotes Energy and Performance", but that's a little vague. It also doesn't mention protein or Fiber on the label, so I guess we assume that it has none of each, so the 4 carbs per scoop are Net I suppose. I'll continue drinking this for a while to see if there are any obvious advantages, but I don't expect any. I think I'd rather my MCT oil/Heavy Cream coffee instead. It had 20g of Fat, wheres this stuff only has 10g per scoop and I am only using half a scoop, so only 5g seems hardly beneficial. TBD.
