Yes. I use it over my daily serum as a moisturizer and sunscreen and under my makeup. It works beautifully and my skin feels protected without countless layers of skin creams, serums, and sunscreens. Another benefit is no heavy fragrance. It's a great product and have purchased multiple bottles.

Is it supposed to not have a seal? My box was open and there isn't a seal on it.

Mine also came without a seal and the box was pretty beat up. I honestly didn’t even think about it so I’ve been using it.

Does this sunscreen give a matte look on the face?

The finish is not matte. It has a moist look to it, and I use a Kleenex or a soft towel to dab after I apply the sunscreen. I can tell you that my dermatologist only recommends this brand, and I have found with my sensitive skin that it works perfectly as a sunscreen. I’ve ordered it three or four times now And will continue to use the products as long as they don’t change the formula.
