I’m trying to lose weight and I wear it with almost everything I can to hold my fat in. It does press your chi Chas in ,but helps if u have a tummy that pooches out!

I bought it at a compression garment but could barely get the large on. I can wear it without a bra but it’s also a bit see through. I kept it too long before returning but if i had tried it on sooner, i would’ve sent it back. Way too tight and uncomfortable

Smooths love handles and flattens belly. I'd describe it as medium hold. Not quite as tight as Spanx, but on the plus side, more comfortable. It works for its intended purpose. I'm a size 16, 38 DD and the XL fit great (I did try a large as well and it was too small).

8/2023 - I officially HATE this thing. I accidentally grabbed it to wear this morning instead of another brand I actually like. It pinches the waist just below the breast and then there’s no compression or support below that; it keeps riding up, like I’m wearing a bra instead of a shirt. I hate hate hate this thing. I’m officially throwing it away when I get home. Don’t waste your money!6/2023- I bought a L/xL and my measurements are 36DD (chest) 34 (waist) 40 (hips) and 6’2” (height). it fits well in the chest but it does run small. What I DONT LIKE is that the material is designed to cinch the waist but not around the hips/spare tire (opposite of what I need)… in fact, it makes that area look way worse. I don’t understand why it doesn’t cinch the whole torso?! Maybe it is just worse for me because I’m taller than the average woman? I don’t like it. At all. Makes me feel (and look) way worse. Waste of money.

Don't trust what the listing states, the damn label reads that it NOW has 95% nylon and only 5% spandex...Unlaw to do bait and switch!!!I cannot recommend--BEWARE!!!

This is a great buy. Can wear under clothes or as tank!
