Super smooth rolling, quite and strong.Built like a tank ...Highly recommend.

These replacement wheels are amazing, and put the original cheap plastic ones to shame. I would put these on any chair out of the box. My chair has never glided so smoothly, and it was super easy to replace the broken ones (just pull them out and put the new one in).

The wheels roll fine - but the lateral movement from the base that holds the wheel is significant - it sometimes prevents the wheels from rotating and rolling in the direction you want the chair to go.

Unfortunately the product doesn’t fit the IKEA Marcus office chair so I had to return the product. Was looking forward to sliding across my room :(
