It’s waterproof but when applied inside doesn’t really last . Applied as regular liner is does last for long hours .The texture is great , very soft easy to blend it .

Decide pencil glides on smoothly. It is waterproof. It stays on all day. Vibrant color does not say it away. The appearance is amazing. I love the color. I love that I can blend. The color was the other end of the stick I gave it five stars I recommend it I’m gonna go back for other colors.
