Teletubbies - Baby Animals

My autistic son wanted this VHS. He has been watching it a lot.

I have a 14 year son with Autism that has been obsessed with the Teletubbies since he was a toddler, actually now that I remember the first full word he said after mom and dad was "Laa Laa" when he saw a plush doll at a store, he was about a year old.Over the years he's grown into your standard smartass teenager, but for some reason he never shook off the Teletubbies and still keeps some DVDs around. This particular one had been hard to find so we ordered it used. The DVD actually got lost in the USPS system, but the vendor immediately shipped us another copy as soon as he could verify that the USPS lost it.

My Goffin's Cockatoo is mad about the Teletubbies and just loves her Baby Animals tape! I pop that tape in and she is just riveted to the tube and talks and makes sounds along with the tape. My Amazon watches as well. It's a nice diversion when I have company or need to make a few phone calls - long live our Baby Animals tape!!!

I did not receive the correct DVD. I received a set of DVDs that were totally wrong. The invoice had the correct title I ordered, but I did not receive what was indicated on it.

My son loves teletubbies so we were so happy to find the videos on Amazon! This is a great educational childrens video! I would recommend this to any one with little ones.

This is the least watched Teletubbie video in our house. However, it's my favorite out of all of them. I'm not sure why my kids haven't really gotten 'into' it.Each little segment is about animals- a dog, a lamb and more. The Teletubbies sing about Mary and her little lamb, and more. I think the penguin part is fantastic.Although the whole video is about animals, it is broken down into little segments that make it easier to reach a 'good stopping point' for children, so the option is there to only watch a short segment of it.I use this video (and all others and TV) as a time for my kids to wind down at the end of the day or just prior to nap. A short time to just sit and turn off their brains for a few minutes. I know about the controversy surrounding the Teletubbies, but I just refuse to believe that this video teaching anything bad. It's a cute video with cute little Teletubbies who are sweet and caring and gentle with animals and each other.

The video tape was crinkled and did not work. It ended up ruining my mothers VCR. She ended up throwing it out.
