Really good if you have some lower back issues. It helps support your lower back most especially if your working long hours everyday.

Its very comfortable , not sure about durability but the cover is cloth type with zipper can be removed and washed. Its not big and not small, it fits car seats and normal office chairs.Very good choice for my car since the seat is old and hard and I am setting driving for long time causing hips pain and direct contact with the cushion base ..Its not thick much, so don't worry about getting extra height , also it will get compressed while setting and expand upon getting up. I really recommend it.. buying another one for my wife as well.
