I have been using the Apple Cider Vinegar pills for about 10 days now, along with a change in my diet and exercise. I have been taking the pills about 20-30 minutes everyday before a meal and I can honestly say that I am already seeing a huge difference in my figure. I have lost a few inches around my waistline and the muffin top seems to be disappearing too. My stomach also looks flatter as well, I'm looking forward to seeing maximum results as I continue to take the pills and shed off weight until I reach my weight goal.

Started taking this after my colonscopy and was down by 5kg at my lightest.
