Kelsen Danish Butter Cookies 5 Lbs

My husband has renewed a childhood taste for these butter cookies. It's not as easy to find big tins of them around town these days, which was why I ordered this. They are excellent cookies, but because they are also delicate, they don't survive being shipped very well. If you don't mind partial cookies/crumbs, then I totally recommend this.

These are the best butter cookies we have found. However, the tin was partially crushed.

Good value, best taste. Some broken cookies at the bottom are to be expected. There is one type of cookie included that you won’t find with the other brands. They’ve included a round cookie that tastes more like a snickerdoodle. Love them.

I recommend purchasing this when a sale or drop in price happens, and not buying it before. Great value for the money, and great snack/treats for the family or on holiday parties.

These Danish butter cookies were outstanding as always, meaning 5 stars out of 5, even though a lot of them were broken due to mishandling! Luckily, you can eat the pieces just as easy as you can the whole cookie. This review received a rating of 3 stars: 5 stars were for the cookies and 1 star was for the damaged container, so it received 3 as an average of the two. Whoever handled this product damaged it so badly there were 5 separate areas on this container which were smashed, smooshed and badly dented so even the lid was tweaked, and it was difficult to put on and keep on! I had thought about giving this as a Christmas gift or simply saving it to hold holiday souvenirs, as the beautiful Christmas themes on the tin were wonderful! However, it looked so bad with the damage that I threw it out instead of keeping it. So disappointed!

I buy these year round. Taste is great and its a simple cookie at anytime.

Great can of crumbs bits and pieces. Cookies were almost completely destroyed. Not suitable for gifting.
