Don't buy any other brand
They may say the same thing but this one really works, it is mild and you can take one at night before bed, and the next day, no problem. I have been using this brand for years. The only place I found it was at Walmart, and now Amazon. Walmart was out, a little more expensive, on amazon, but I wouldn't be without them.
