2 Lbs. Chestnut Flour

Very good non-gluten flour. Excellent for making special occasion pasta will also try it in shortbread cookies, wish me luck. I love chestnuts, so anything that can add that flavor in meals or extras at least once a week is just fine by me. Crêpes, Dutch Babies, Chicken à la King etc. Just getting started....

This was bought as part of a specific eating program. I am MOST happy with the company for including a note in the shipment stating this is not like typical flour. It's shelf life is much shorter so to preserve it, store it in the freezer. Thank you High Rock Farms!!!

This is a great product and makes a lovely cookie. The tiny of chestnut in the bake goods finish is really lovely and very autumnal.

Arrived quickly and is as described. Pleasant chestnut flavor for baking.
