I've been taking this for almost a month and I'm down 8 lbs. I can tell that it has really curbed my appetite and enabled me to not overeat after exercising. I can say that I was definitely skeptical about results before buying it, but I've been trying to lose the last of my baby weight for a while and I figured it was worth a shot. Taking this has really allowed me to be able to increase my exercise (running ~45 mins 5 days a week) without overeating. Usually when I run as much as I have been, I am starving, but since I've been taking this supplement, I haven't been nearly as hungry. So far, I'm very pleased with this product.

I looked through so many of these products before deciding on this one. I tried some other brands in the past that were mixed with caffeine and ended up making me feel weird. That is not the case with this one. I really noticed a difference in my mood after starting the product. I only take one pill a day and it helps curb my appetite. I have noticed a difference since starting and will continue use.

I purchased this product to use instead of alli, as I read other peoples reviews and they seemed positive. This product works great, and has exceeded my expectations.

I was a little skeptical at first but after using for many weeks I was able to lose weight and feel better. I have noticed more energy and am happier throughout the day! Will continue to use!
