You will need to crush it down to minimal size and then a little ovoid for a tight fit. Then grind a bit of the standoffs down, so it runs the tip a bit closer to the metal. It took me -two minutes to do all this and now the tips are great. Worth the time to save a few bucks. The metal is thick so I think they will last as long as you don't melt them in a puddle.

Fits my cutter well

Once I closed in the loop a bit, it fits my plasma torch end ok-falls off but not a big deal. The point was it keeps a gap to make it easy to cut, and it does that.

They don’t hold up. They get loose after the first cut. Then they just slip off, or up.

Didn't work for me

I found that the wire standoff guides that co9me in the consumables kits for the AG 60 torchs are too liong and hold the tip too far from the work. These work great and are really good for using with a straight edge for cutting.

Ordered to try on the Bestarc BTC 500dp plasma cutter with pilot arc. I will say they fit very well and keep the tip right above the work surface. Im gonna be ordering more as spares knowing how well they fit.
