Very good product. Far better then the current competitors ones. No need to add curd or anything. By just adding water one can make crispy, soft & wonderful Dosa. I believe the composition of ingredients in the mix are so well that the outcome dosa's are quite good. Earlier I was little confuse to use this product of Gits because Gits is well known for its 'Gulab Jamun' mix from a decade. But after using it I found it quite good. Very easy to use it and make tasty dosa. At last but not the least do anybody know why Gits wrote 'Dosai' instead of 'Dosa' on their packaging!!! But I really recommend it...!

The flavor was much better than I expected after reading previous reviews. It tasted right. The consistency was what was off. The directions ask for much less water than it really needed. I had to add water to make the batter correct and by then I ahead already wasted some trying to make it as directed. You don’t get very much to work with so if you make a mistake, you’re sort of screwed. I bought another package to try again before I just go ahead and make the dosai batter from scratch. I ended up having to make more of a rava style dosa. It’s ok. It’s way over priced and I don’t think I’ll buy it again.

Ah un repas rapide dans une auberge, avec une dosa, voir le chef tourner à la spatule une crêpe d'une finesse extraordinaire……...Avec cette préparation prête à cuisiner, on n'obtiendra pas tout à fait le même résultat, mais on se régalera, on fermera les yeux, on se retrouvera dans une "dhaba" indienne………….Vive l'Inde, vive les voyages, vive la cuisine indienne que je fais si souvent...avant un nouveau départ là- bas, sur place………..

Perhaps we dod not know how to cook the item but got disappointing results. Since we cannot tell whether it is the product or our lack of skill, I give it middle rating of stars.
