Is this an Obagi professional product? A friend told me that Obagi is only sold in medical professional clinic not online.

Yes it is! I called the Obagi company snd thru yold me that Amazon is a certified vendor.

Is it supposed to have a seal after you open the cap ? Mines didnt

Mine has a white inner cap but I truly don’t remember a seal. But I have almost finished this jar and love it.

Can you use this on eyelid?

Absolutely zero visible effect on any area surrounding the eyes. Most of these purchases are spontaneous and the products cannot be verified as having undergone any rigorous method of testing on various age groups, ethnicities etc for any sustained period or substantial pool. This also accounts for the language used to sell the product. I’ve invested into countless such eye creams for bags circles etc under the eyes and not one of them has ever done what they claim. There’s often an accompanying feeling with such products (tightening of the skin, heat, tingling) but no to minimal effects. The more expensive they are is just an attempt at placebo.
