Esas configuraciones tienen que ser hechas desde tu computadora. El teclado tiene la habilidad de reconocer los systemas operativos y sus configuraciones. Si usas MAC OS, con solo presionar la letra deseada por un segundo o dos, el systema de la computadora te indica otras opciones de esa letra.

Can this work like a normal keyboard with the cable alone? My desktop does not have bluetooth and I do not want to deal with a wireless receiver.

To clarify the mix of answers here. This keyboard can use Bluetooth, but it comes with a Logitech Unifying Receiver that is 2.4gHz but not actually Bluetooth. I am running this right now on a desktop that has no Bluetooth using the existing unifying receiver I already had for the Logitech mouse. I went to into the Logitech unifying software and it saw the keyboard and added it. Again, bluetooth is NOT required.
