Great quality
This is ideal for omelettes, which is what we bought it for. They just slide out of the pan onto the plate. For anything else bear in mind that this is not a very deep pan

Quality product
It is a very good quality product. Nice and heavy, with great flat base. Perfect for pancakes, crepes, Indian dosas, chappattis, etc. It is pricey, but worth for the quality.
