Good Transmission.
I put this in my Himoto nitro rc that had a two speed. They are Identical. I believe it will fit the exceed ultra as well. Transmission shifts nice and the shift point is set up fairly well from factory.

Direct replacement for the OEM. Wouldn't hurt to upgrade the 1 way bearing.

Ok for plastic gears
Works fine for plastic gears but not tough enough for the steel gears way too much heat. Deformed the plastic causing damage to bell housing
