All boxes open; item missing
I bought this for my mom as she has found it easy to use in the past. Unfortunately, when she received the items, all of the boxes were open and missing the application brush in every box. Not sure what else is missing. So the product was shipped to her, opened and damaged. When I went to try to return the items for a refund or replacement, I was told that there is no refund or return available for this item. Hard to use this product without all of the parts. Very disappointing.
