Small, Compact, And Oh So Very Sharp
Superbly made, solid, and VERY SHARP. The only think I can think of that may be of concern is that you need to clean out the blade after every snip. If a nail is inside the blade portion it can prevent the blades from closing, but I haven't found that to be an issue at all. A simple tap on the side and the clipping comes out easily. I can't recommend this enough. And did I say it is sharp? Sharper than tweezer man, and a much cleaner cut with minimal burr.

Love them. great set of clippers
Love them. great set of clippers. Most negative reviews seem to spur from people that seemingly do not know how to use them. They are not simply open and clip, you release it from its store position, then slide the handle forward so that it sits in a notch in the blade (see image).I also have a Zwilling (oddly, or not, made in Vietnam and not Solingen Germany) for about two years, similar build and quality steel, super happy with both.

Not strong enough to cut
Can't even cut the skin around the nail let alone the nail itself. Very disappointing from such a trusted brand.

Nice clippers, super sharp, perhaps overpriced.
Pros:1. Sharp blades - they cut nails easily2. Small size - compact and perfect for travelCons:1. Vertical blades - this is hard to explain but I will try. Though compact the face where the two blades meet is almost straight and the steel has a 90 degree corner so I find it a little difficult to get the edge under the nail. If the face of the blade were more convex it would be more comfortable and easier to manage.I have three sets of clippers with this kind of design. The Henckels are very similar to the point where there is almost no different. I also have an older set of INOX clippers that aren't as sharp (from use mostly but they weren't as sharp to begin with either) but they have a convex cutting edge where the blades meet and hence I find them more comfortable. Nevertheless, this is my preferred nail clipper design because I like how the function.

Good nail clippers but expensive
Very sharp. I suspect these are the smallest nail clippers on the market. Compared to the Victorinox these are smaller but there is no significant difference in size. The nail file seems pointless. The Victorinox has a better nail file that is useful. The included leather case is very good. The pair of Victorinox clippers that I bought also came with a leather case similar to these ones but the leather is not as good. They are also quite expensive. Even from Japan they are around $40-50. The Victorinox give better value for money.
