Great sparing gloves for MMA
If you need something in between boxing gloves and MMA gloves, these are it. I picked up a pair for about $35 on sale and there is nothing out there that can beat these in quality and value. Full leather, breathable and functional if you full contact sparing.

quick note on sizing
These a fine gloves and I enjoy using them for sparring. I'm not so sure about theb16oz claim but they have great padding in a condensed area. They are comfortable and they work well.BUT, you really really need to order up at least one size. I'm pretty consistently regular / medium in gloves. I purchased the regular and couldn't put them on - they were too small. The large just fit me; I could have gone with the x-large but I'm hoping they'll break in and get a little more comfortable. For reference - I'm a 5'10" guy. I'm guessing the regular would be good for kids or an average women?

Good gloves for the price...
The title says most of it. I'm not particularly a fan of this style of glove, but it gets the job done and does make this sort of sporting use possible with its design. I think the finger holds would give pretty quickly over heavy use, but considering the price, its well worth it. You get a good amount of padding with pretty good fit and coverage. Support is decent and it works well. I didn't notice anything that would concern me regarding overall quality.Seems to me that these make great sparring gloves. The padding is probably a little stiffer than some might be used to, depending on what sort of sport you're coming from, but it does the job well. You can land pretty heavy blows without going too nuts, and the soft and rounded features of it prevented any cuts or otherwise so long as a fist is maintained. Since these do nothing to curl the fingers outside of its shape, it is possible for incidents in that regard, but if you're worried about that, then you're probably not going to use this style of glove anyway.A good starter glove or general use glove. Your mileage may vary depending on your training style, but for the price, its tough not to try them.

Great glove, comes as no surprise.
I train daily in various facets of MMA and have given these gloves a good break-in during training but the reality is I didn't need to try them out to know they are solid and durable "puffies" since our facility has used them for years as the loaner gloves for the new or visiting fighter without gear and they continue to hold up to daily abuse. After a few years the hook and loop gets a bit worn but it isn't anything that isn't fixed by some white athletic tape (that tape that should be in your bag, plus that extra roll for you buddies when they forget theirs), which you should be using anyways if you value your training partners face, since dinging up your teammate prior to their fight next weekend (or their date after practice) isn't exactly good form.

Great bang for the buck gloves.
These gloves are great for the price. Way better than the similarly priced everlast gloves. I do wish the pinky portion was moved down lower than the other fingers but it's not a huge deal and is still comfortable and the glove feels sturdy overall. Would buy again in a heartbeat. I have small hands and the regular fits perfect (I'm 5'6"). I chose these over boxing gloves so I can easily jump rope and do push ups while I train.

Great product
Use them for sparring

Poor design
Padding is weirdly distributed, extends farther then need on fingers, pinky loop is too high, and is super stiff which makes your fingers stick out straight which will make it more likely you poke someone in the eye. Do not recommend. (Mma fighter. 9 years experience)
