I got this as a present from my wife. The packaging and machine is very professionally well done. Well constructed and easy enough to set up.After a couple of hours the machine stopped working. I contacted the UAE support line from the box. They picked up the machine, tested it, found the problem and fixed it all within a day. (dodgy power supply). Very impressed with the customer service.Back to the machine.. I recommend to watch the videos on how to set up correctly and use. I recommend using the website to communicate with the machine over the app. The app wasn't great and routinely asks you to keep logging back in. Website worked fine.I also tested with Blender builds and that worked as well.

Nice 3D printer for beginners but way over priced. You are paying for the brand.The size is quite small. I regret it now because I would like to print bigger items and it is not possible. Other printers are double the size for half the price, here in Amazon.Their UAE prices are 2-3 times more expensive than buying form the official USA store. I bought 3 base plates from the US for the same price as 1 base plate from the UAE. The filament is also expensive, but I buy from other sellers and it works perfectly fine.Overall, what I like most is the user friendly mobile app with lots of designs ready to be printed. The creation mode is also quite cool and you can import all sort of compatible 3D files. It’s very convenient.
