For me, it works better than Ben-Gay. I've always ordered this directly from the Miracle Aloe company, but it's cheaper here on Amazon. This is the only muscle rub product I will use.

I just ordered my 3rd container of this "pain" cream! I have fibromyalgia & I use it where I ache... because pain meds do not take away the pain completely! This cream does not completely take away the pain, either, but it definitely helps! Mostly, I use it on my hips, legs & ankles. Sometimes, I need to use it on my shoulders, arms & wrists & on my back. It does have what I would call, a strong, menthol smell. For me, it usually starts working within minutes! It feels comforting & soothing to me. After I put it on, I feel a bit more relaxed & it can help me to sleep, or get on with my day if I have something that I have to do. My mom has also used this on her back & hips. For the most part, it seemed to help her, too. One drawback, is that the price has increased like most everything else. It's expensive. For me, it's definitely worth the money, though, to get that relief.
